Are there times of day when a local business cannot call a consumer?
Recently, I informed a business, Business A, that another business, Business B, may be selling their product without their knowledge or permission. Business A soon became belligerent and communication was cut off. Business A then tried to call me at 10pm. Are there times of day when a local business cannot call a consumer? I’m in AZ.

No there is no such law regarding sales calls. Iime restrictions do, however, apply to calls from collection agencies.

No. Persistent calls or communications at inappropriate times could be taken to be harassment and could let you file a police report, but there is no law stating simply that they may call you this late but no later. If there is a pattern of inappropriate (time or content) communications, contact the local police.
