Another question concerning my business name.I sell and custom engrave medical alert ID jewelry to customers that need their medical info on an ID. (100% online, ebay right now. website soon) My current business name is Medical Flares I want to change it to:”Identification Doctor” “Identification Doc” “identity Doc” “Bracelet Doctor” I understand the word “Doctor” might be an issue since I sell Globally. As much as I would like to use it, is it going to be a pain, and possibly misleading since I sell Medical Jewelry . Is “Doc” just as badI don’t want too be sued or screwed… 🙁

The only problem that you could have is that when you use "Doctor" or "Doc", you may confuse people into thinking that you are in fact a doctor. This is especially true for your global audience. You can then be in trouble for "impersonating" or holding yourself out as a medical doctor.
"Doc" would be better than "Doctor" since "Doc" is a general nickname.
Another way to avoid this potential problem is to make it clear on your website that you are not a medical doctor nor do you practice medicine. Specify that you only sell and engrave medical jewelry.
