You need to get your title documents together and then go to your local law enforcement and press charges for criminal trespass. Ask law enforcement to issue the individual a criminal trespass warning to stay off of your property.
Since his items are on your property illegally and without your consent, you have the authority to remove them. But law enforcement may be able to get him to move the vehicles without you having to incur the expense.
You also need to post general "no trespessing" signs if this is an open lot. That will put him and any other individuals that you are not a parking lot subject to use by just anyone.
