May i do my own amendment to a trust, to remove a beneficiary?

You can write the amendment yourself and sign and date it in the presence of a notary. You don't need to pay an attorney.
I assume you are the settlor (creator of the Trust). The amendment would say: I, (your name), the settlor of the (name of Trust) hereby amend the Trust as follows:
_________ (name ) is no longer a beneficiary of the (name of Trust) effective on the date set forth below.
____________________ DATE:__________
(your signature on the line)

(your printed name on the line)
