Am I responsible for repairs to a company vehicle?

I deliver pizza. The road was very icy. All the delivery vehicles are old junkers. I do not know if my employer even has insurance. We have no signed agreements concerning this. There was no accident report filed.

If you were at fault in the accident--you were driving carelessly, too fast for conditions, were talking or texting on a phone while driving, etc.--then you could be responsible; anyone who damages another's property, including their employer's, could be liable to pay for it if he or she were at fault in causing the damage. If your employer expects you  to pay for the repairs and you do not, they could sue you to try to establish in court your liability to pay.
