Yes, an employer can require an employee to use the company credit card instead of ther own personal card. That is unless this violates the terms of an employment contract or union agreement. In an "at will" work relationship, a company can set the conditions of work much as it sees fit (absent actionable discrimination). If you fail to honor this request and continue to use your own card, you can be discilpined including up to suspension or even termination.
