Am I entitled to overtime?
I work for a gas station at multiple locations for 50 hours a week. The owner states that I do not get paid overtime because each location is separate. Is this legal and should I be paid for all of the extra hours I have worked?

Are the gas stations owned by the same person or entity (i.e. by the same LLC or corporation)? If they are, then for overtime purposes, they are treated as the same employer and you should receive overtime when working for than 40 hours in a week. If they have separate ownership, including being owned by different LLCs, then in most cases you would not add their hours together to determine overtime.
If you should be getting overtime and do not, you could file a wage complaint with the state department of labor.
