Here are a couple of links that will tell you what to expect under Texas law:

You should have an attorney represent you on this.  Find one in the vicinity of where this happened and one that specializes in DUI cases.  This is a very technical area of the law and he/she may have some success in getting the charge thrown at or at least reduced.

Is this your first offense?  The answer will depend on that.  However, if this is your 1st offense, you can expect to have your license suspended for at least 90-120 days from refusing to take the breath test.  You will also have to appear in court on the DWI charge.  They usually have 1st time offended programs that allow you to participate in classes and then have the charge dismissed (thats how it is in CT).  However, if there are no programs, you may be facing time in jail or extensive community service.  I suggest hiring a lawyer to help you through the process.
