If after divorcing my husband 5 years ago I was awarded monthly alimony but he has stopped paying, what should I do to restore the payments?
He filled for Chapter 7 3 years ago but didn’t put my name on creditors’ list. Then 2 years ago, he stopped he paying my alimony.

First you need to know that alimony is considered a priority debt in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and can not be discharged. If he stopped paying then he is in violation of the order and agreement so you can make a Motion and ask the court to hold him in contempt of court, compelling payments and for the arrears in the form of a judgement.
