If after dividing our credit card and other debt my spouse has now asked me to help pay a portion of her credit card debt, do I have to?

Her credit card is in her name. I contacted the credit card company and I was told that I am not on the account and not responsible.

No, you do not, but I say that with a grain of salt.  If the debt was part of the disclosed debt at the time of the divorce and it was adjudicated as marital debt and divided accordingly, or it was adjudicated as separate debt and divided accordingly, then it has already been decided as to whose responsibility it indeed is.  You are then not bound by any thing other than the agreement you entered in to with your ex wife.  If you choose to help her out that is a completely different story.  But the choice is just that:  a choice and your choice alone. No one can make you do otherswise. Good luck.
