Wat to do if after being charged numerous times with violation of a restraining order, the last charge was enhanced to an habitual felony?

I was sentenced to the maximum presumptive range of 3 years of which I served all of it. I am being forced to complete 2 years of parole in addition to my sentence. I want to know if my sentence with parole exceeds what fed standards say are acceptable. In other words, do I have merit in requesting to be released from the remainder of my parol?
