What is my recourse if an accident was not my fault but there insurance will only pay 80%?

My wife had accident the police determined that other party was at fault. Their insurer said my wife could have prevented the accident but all the damage was on my passager side door. My wife was T-bone. Should I look at hiring an attorney?

If your wife rejects the settlement offer from the at-fault party's insurance carrier, her only recourse is to sue the at-fault party for negligence.
If there weren't any injuries, it may be difficult to find an attorney to take the case.
