Well generally speaking, yes, once you inquire or see a property with one broker it creates a sort of "contract" between you. And if you end up buying the house from another broker it can create a fight over commissions that you do not want to be involved in. Some brokers will not fight the fight but some will be there to the bitter end. If you have already registered with a broke and seen a house with that broker you are locked in to seeing it again with him or her. That is just the way that it is. To check for sure in your area call the local Board of Realtors. Good luck.
