If a plow struck my car while I was legally parked but my license expired several months ago, will insurance deny the claim?

I have collision insurance and I was not in the car at the time of accident, which was not my fault. I have an expired license; it is not revoked or suspended.

The fact that your license expired is irrelevant.

The plow is at fault in the accident for striking your parked car.  You should file a property damage claim (cost of repairs to your car) with the city where the accident  occurred.  The city is liable for the damage to your car caused by the plow.  There should be a claims department for the city where you can file your property damage claim.
