If a dry cleaning business ruined my clothes, what do I do?

They were being very uncooperative. Refuse to let me speak to the owner.

If the dry cleaners ruined your clothes and the employees refuse to let you speak to the owner about the situation, your option is to write the owner about the situation while keeping a copy of the letter sent for future use and need.

If the landlord does not respond to your letter within a set period of time, your option is to file a small claims action seeking the fair market value of the damages clothing. You have the burden of proving the fair market value of the items damaged.
