I signed an agreement with the procesucutor that once I took anger management classes and Did informal probation it would not go on my record. I completed everything with no problems and have never been arrested since. What do I need to do so that I can get this job?

I suggets thsat you consult with a criminal defense attorney to see what can be done to get the criminal matter that you had some plea deal with the district attorney's office "sealed" so that you can go on with your life and possibly not have to worry about it appearing on a future background check of you.
