Am I entitled to compensation for the losss of my “rural” lifestyle due to re-zoning?

About 2 years ago our county supervisors approved re-zoning agrcultural land to allow a 200,000 sq ft wine processing plant to go in. Since this plant produces 15,000,000 bottles of wine a year, there is traffic associated with 15 million bottles, labels, boxes, corks, etc. What used to be a quiet 2 lane country road now has an additional 75-100 semi truck trips on some days. Would this cause a loss in the value of my real estate? I purchased my house 5 years ago; the wine processing plant has been in for 2.

Under the laws of all states in this country you would not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of any portion of your rural lifestyle due to the new zoning of the area that you reside in. In fact, the new zoning classification of your property or at least the neighboring most likely caused your parcel to increase in value.
