If your husband is not abiding by a court order to pay temporary support, the proper process is to file a petition with the court that issued the order seeking that he held in contempt of the issued order as opposed to filing a motion for a wage garnishment.

Such will be easier and a lot quicker than going through a wage garnishment process based upon my experience in such matters. I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney about this matter for assistance.
