They have very limited sites for you to get your auto repaired. The insurance adjuster missed some damage on the side of my car and when I brought it to their attention, it was not repaired.

We attended a presentation put on by Generations Healthcare which is a subsidiary of Universal American and during that presentation were told that ALL diabetic testing equipment would be provided with NO copay as with medicare. After we had enrolled and our policy took effect we discovered that the blood glucose meter we needed would not be covered and would have to be purchased at our expense. We have tried repeatedly to get incorrect information that appears on our medical insurance ID cards corrected by phoning the customer service help number on the back of the card but find that the people who are there to assist you don’t seem to be able to find our doctor on their list but we are able to find him on their list. We have been told a number of times that our "case manager" will contact us to help us get these problem fixed but we have heard nothing from any such person. We have spent hours on the phone trying to get these problems sorted out but have had no luck. I would not recommend this company Generations Healthcare to anyone looking for a Medicare Advantage HMO company. Their customer service is terrible.
