Please tell me how to settle for this type car accident for pain and suffering? I was involve in a car Accident,where the other party was at total fault .My Jeep rolled,tumbled few times and got totaled.I had 2 kids in my car,Likely they got few bursies not major injures,I had deep cut on my elbow which is forming a scar now.I also had a whiplash for which I am getting a treatmt from chiro,its been two month for the accident I still have whiplash symptoms and light headaches.My daugher who was 12 at that time is having panic attackes from this right 4 days later the accedent.I will be taking her counselor soon.My son only had a deep cut on his wrist which is fine now.
