Mutual of Enumclaw

Very over priced for half the coverage I got with another well known company that gave me more coverage for half the money! I was with this company for over 15 years and I am very disappointed with how they treated the long time customers during this Covid 19 situation. No refunds for less driving when almost every other company out of goodness gave a little back. They said if I signed up for another year they would give $50 off. Because of not working we had to park one of our cars and they barely gave us a break for a parked car. YOU CAN DO BETTER! SHOP AROUND PEOPLE!

Got a letter last month cancelling my insurance because I used my glass claims when my windshield was cracked, as well as fixing my burned car when it was caught on fire. We claimed 2 a year max for the last 3 years due to AZ roads and lots of rocks and we always waited until we basically couldn't see out of them. So we got new insurance and realized they put on our record our glass claims were all "at fault" like we did it to ourselves and it screwed us and we have to pay more now. What a joke insurance company. I would NEVER recommend to anyone. Stay away from these clowns.

I no longer live in an area where Mutual of Enumclaw offers coverage but if I did, I'd definitely still be with them. They are the only insurance company I've ever worked with that I felt really honestly cared about me and my family. When we had a horrible accident, they didn't try to haggle with me at all. They paid out the full limits of the policy. I've had several other auto insurance companies over the years and have always felt like I was just a rounding error with the other companies.

Excellent rates for my family. My agent explained that we were eligible for a special package policy reserved specifically for "premium" clients. Because we were eligible for that package, our rates were amazing compared to other companies on the market. We were able to get better coverages than any other company and still pay less. I had a few small claims with the company and everything was very smooth. Very easy company to work with, always answered phones quickly and made the entire process smooth and transparent.
