Commercial liability insurance on a residential home with exclusions…WHO WILL ISSUE THIS POLICY? I have an accepted offer on a home and the driveway has an easment from the railroad company. They require that the purchaser has 5m/10m commercial liability policy and they have several other exclusions/inclusions they are requiring. I am having a heck of a time finding a company that will issue the policy, who will do it?

more information is needed to attempt to assist you. Is the railroad active? Is it a mainline or a siding or private? basically, railroads can do what they want, but more information is needed.
