Pipes burst and caused water damage. Insurance company delayed in approving repairs which resulted in mold. Company first stated that they would pay but then subsequently denied coverage for the mold. The company delayed the claim from the get go and the mold is partly a result of their delay. They have now cancelled the policy and will not pay for additional damages on the home.

Please try to separate out the cancellation from the claim payment issues. Have they formally denied payment? If so you'll need a lawyer as there are fact issues and legal issues involved. As to the cancellation, whatever you do make sure to obtain coverage from another insurance company and avoid any break in coverage.
