Consumer Complaint:

On 12/20/07 I stopped at an intersection to let an ambulance with lights and sirens go through. the man behind me did not stop and rear-ended me. I was knocked through the intersection. The man did not even get out of his vehicle to see if I was ok. So far his insurance company MetLife has refused to pay my hospital bills and they have been turned over to a collection agency. I have hired an attorney. What else can I do?

Let your attorney handle it. Make sure s/he's on it. Report the collection calls (in most states YOUR insurance company should pay them), and avoid contact with the other driver or its insurance company.
