You call them and they tell you they have sent the money, it’s being processed , put you on hold, hang up on you, then say you haven’t filled out all the forms which is not true. The form were send certified mail and we received notice that they have gotten all the proper paperwork. Getting nothing but the run around from this company.

First, my condolences on your loss. I suggest that you write a polite letter to the CEO of the Company, at its home office, and explain that you submitted the claims material but have not been paid, and ask him or her for assistance. As it's a small policy (in terms of life policy benefits overall) its not large enough for a lawyer to assist but it is still money.
