Can a condo association really be stated that all future owners are responsible for the fair share of a master condo insurance policy? The properties in question are actually patio townhomes (a total of 3 duplexes/6 units total). Each duplex shares the water/sewer bill. A previous owner created a condo association. The last condo association amendment was in 2003. There have been no owner or board of manager annual meetings required by the condo bylaws in the last several years.I bought the property in 2011. When I bought the condo, I was told no dues or fees. Now they want me to pay my share of a group insurance policy that's overdue. Do I have any recourse?
