EXTENDED AUTO WARRANTY MY VEHICLE BROKE DOWN LATE DECEMBER. IT WAS TOWED JAN 2, 2014 TO HERB CHAMBERS WARWICK RI. THE PENN WARRANTY CORP RECIEVED A BILL FOR ABOUT $5000. FOR THE REPAIR OF MY VEHICLE. THIS HAS TAKEN ABOUT SIX WEEKS. THEY WILL PAY ONLY $666.00 OF THIS BILL WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
