An unauthorized person added themselves to my policy. This person did this by pirating my mail and calling the insurance company. An unauthorized person added themselves to my policy. This person did this by pirating my mail and calling the insurance company. The insurance company claim this is common practice. Not knowing what had occurred, I cancelled my policy, but they continued coverage and i in collection for non-payment. I want to press charges, but need guidance. (Florida)
