Consumer Complaint:

I have been contacting Texas Wind Insurance Agency for over six weeks now. Our home received severe damage after hurricane Ike. They responded with \”we are not going to dig through our files to find your claim, I am not here to nor will I help you\”. They expect us to pay the premium in full, but can provide us with no concrete answers with regards to our claim which was filed immediately after the hurricane. This company and their processes suck!

Stop talking to a person who is either incompetent or an idiot at the Company's 800 number call center and write a real letter explaining what happened, what you were told. Be polite and use a stamp (forget email), and send the letter to the CEO of the insurance company with a copy to the Texas Insurance Commissioner.
