Wrongful termination/ Hostile work enviroment

Unless your termination violated the terms of a union agreement or employment contract or it constitutes some form of actionable discrimination (which you did not indicate), you have no claim here. The fact is that most work relationships are "at will". Thos means that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit. This means that a worker can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
