Wrongful termination/ Hostile work enviroment

I was terminated from IHOP on 01032018, I was given no reason. In the six years I had worked for the company, I had one write up, and that was for a low score on an inspection, from two years earlier. Josh Eppert,

Unless your termination violated the terms of a union agreement or employment contract or it constitutes some form of actionable discrimination (which you did not indicate), you have no claim here. The fact is that most work relationships are "at will". Thos means that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit. This means that a worker can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
