Will I have to pay my husband alimony if hes on disability?

My husband had a traumatic brain injury 8
months ago. We have three kids and I dont
make much. He gets ssdi. Will I have to pay
him?

If you have been providing more of the suppport for the family and earn more than him, it is very likely that you will need to pay some amount of spousal support of alimony. Typically, the spouse who earns more, provides more suppport, and/or has more earning potential--and that's where his injury comes into play--supports the other.
