Will I go to jail for not finishing my community service on a minor retail fraud charge of under $10?

You may go to jail depending on how the judge worded the sentencing.  If he sentenced you to jail time but then suspended that sentence subject to you completing the community service and you failed to complete, you may be arrested and sent to jail for the time of the original sentence.
