What does your Stipulation of Settlement state?  The law in New Jersey seems to say that there can be a review of child support as this is a change of circumstances but there is not a presumption that it will be reduced.  Your attorney should have covered this in your settlement agreement.  Read it and see what it says.  GOod luck.
