Wife remarried. Firefighter pension.

I’m a civil servant in the state of MA. If my wife gets remarried does she still get part
of my pension?

Your wife's claim to a portion of your pension would be limited to the part of your pension which represents income earned during your marriage.
She is not entitled to receive any of your pension which represents your income earned after divorce or separation with no intent to reunite.
