Widow of US citizen

I am a widower of US citizen. I’m currently living in Argentina. My husband died
before he fill the petition for my US residency. I need help to get to the US. I
am more fluent in Spanish than english.

Unfortunately, there is no basis for you to come to the US if your husband has passed away.  You are not eligible for a visa just because you were married to a US citizen if he never petitioned for you.  If you have other relatives like children or siblings who are US citizens, they may be able to petition for you.
