Who can i sue if my cars stolen by 17 yr olds

My car was stolen off my street an
when i reported it they had
located it an said it was involved
in a accident an was involved in
an investigation so they would be
holding it but i as the owner
would have to pay storage fees an
i figured since the teens were
caught i could sue the parents for
car repairs an storage fees also
to replace car if totalled so any
advice would be helpful

Yes, you can sue the parents or legal guardians of the teens for all costs that you incurred due to the teenagers' criminal behavior. The parents or legal guardians of minor children are liable, or financially responsible, for their children's wrongful acts.
