what will happen if i missed my court date for driving on a suspended /expired lic

I got a ticket to go to court on a driving on suspenededand high beams on ticket and miss the court date

For missing the court date, you will be charged with failure to appear.  The judge probably issued a bench warrant for your arrest.
To resolve these matters, contact the court to schedule a hearing, at which you will have to pay a hefty fine.
