I commend you for thinking ahead here and thinking about some estate planning, but this type of forum is not the proper type to be discussing this issue.  An estate planner needs to look at your assets and liabilities, the needs of your family and discuss your wishes in order to be able to determine what best fits your needs.  Good luck.
