What should I do if I have evaded arrest and avoided federal court for 5 years?

I would like to reclaim my life and face the charges. Do I have a chance for community service on several misdemeanors and a couple felonies all traffic related but with a long standing history of prior convictions.

I would hire an attorney as soon as you possible can to assist you turing yourself in and negotiating the best possible outcome based upon the charges and your priors. No one can, in this type of forum, guess what will happen without all the relevant information.  It would be a disservice to you. Good luck.
