What are my rights and what I can file against my employer if I was severely injured due to a lack of proper training on the equipment?

My employer let work as a driver of a machine without training me and with no experience. After 9 hours of work I had accident which resulted in my foot being crushed and the loss of toes?

That's correct: worker's compensation is an alternative means to receive compensation for on-the-job injuries. The law does not let you sue the employer when you are receiving compensation through worker's compensation. The downside of this is that you typically receive less money by worker's compensation then the maximum you could receive if you sued and won. The upside or advantage is you definitely get the money (you could lose a lawsuit, even a good one, and get nothing), and get it faster, without the cost of a lawsuit.
