What punishments should I expect for my first “consumption of alcohol” ticket with a required court appearance?

I am 18 years old. The ticket was for alcohol consumption underage, no motor vehicles.

Assuming you are convicted of the alcohol related charge, you can expect a fine, a suspension of your driver's license, attending court ordered classes regarding alcohol use, and probation for at least six (6) months.

I suggest that you look into possibility of "diversion" for your alleged crime where if successful under the program the charge against you will be dismissed.
