What should I do if my husband is married to someone else while still married to me?

It depends on what you intend on doing about your relationship.  If you want to remain as you thought - married - then he needs to get divorced from his wife and marry you again.  If you do not intend on staying in the relationship then you should seek help having the court declare the marriage void (which is what it is).  Good luck.
