What type of business are you running? Even if it is internet based, most state and federal laws require you to have a license to conduct certain types of activities. For instance, if you are an internet based payday lender, many states require you to have a license for it through each state's banking dept/dept of financial institutions.

Your best bet: take your articles of incorporation, your bylaws, your business model, etc and take it to a business attorney who specializes in internet businesses.  Try www.attorneypages.com and check his or her record at the Florida State Bar.
