What is the timeline of decision from BIA?

My case has been pending 4 years but still no decision; no changes on my pending case.

That seems like a fairly long period of time and you probably should follow up to make sure it is still pending.  I have 2 cases that just came back with a decision after about 2 years at BIA so that seems to be the processing time now.  I would advise you to inquire further.
