What is the percentage schedule for an executor of an estate in Indiana?

Our brother is the executor of our father’s estate and the will does not specify how much to pay him for being the executor. We want to be fair and pay the right amount. What is the fee schedule for Indiana?

IN's only requirement regarding such fees are that they are "reasonable". The court will determine what amount is "reasonable" for each specific estate; it will depend on the amount of work necessary to administer the estate. Typically executor's fees range between 2-4% depending on the size of the estate, etc.
