I am so sorry for your loss. The state of Oklahoma does not set legal fees by statute for the Probate of an estate. They are supposed to be "reasonable" based upon your agreement and the complexity of the work to be performed. If you feel that they have over charged for what has been done then as for a detailed billing and accounting. Good luck.
