What do I do if I got in a car accident without insurance and it wasn’t my fault?

I would first get auto insurance in place. Secondly I   would contact an attorney who practices in auto accident cases to see what your options are. 0ne in your locality can be found on attorneypages.com to  help give you the legal guidance you need.
