What can I do to get a quitclaim deed from my ex and get the mortgage in my name?

My ex-husband and I were divorced 6 years ago. We bought our home together 5 years before but the mortgage was soley in his name. He was supposed to change it when we were married but never did. I was granted the house in the divorce and have paid the mortgage out of my account monthly. He was told to do a quitclaim deed but never has. What can I do at this point to get the mortgage in my name?

You are going to have to go back to court to enforce the divorce decree and order.  I think that you should speak with an attorney.  Generlly you can bring an action for contempt but I am afraid that ou may have a statute of limitations problem.  Also for breach of the contract so please act as soon as you can.  Once you have the deed transferred then you have to apply for a mortgage for the property.  Good luck.
