what can i do to avoid jail time for four 11550 charges

i am being arraignd on four seperate charges of 11550 in kings county california. they all occured within two months. what can i do to avoid jail time. can i pay them off

Uh, you were charged with a controlled substance.  Pay who off? This isn't bribery 101.  You are going to do jail time if you have had priors, if the judge decides to make you an example, etc.
