What can I do if I never received a $500 gift card that my real estate agent had promised he would mail to me at the finishing of the sale of my house?

I don’t think he ever sent it, even though he claimed he did. I certainly never received it.

I wuld personally call and write your real estate agent about the promised gift of the $500 card and see what happens. The problem from a legal perspective is that the proimise if the gift card essentially was a promise of a future gift to be made to you. If it was not made there is nothing legally you can do about it under the laws of all states in this country.
